Holy Ascension Orthodox Church – Ngombe.

This parish is located in Kabarole District, Busoro sub-county, Ngombe village. It was started in 1959 by late Moses Mukuuta and Arone. In 1970’s Moses Mwirumubi and Fr. Karankya from Kenya served there and in 1990 Fr. Bayego Nicholas and Michael Kisembo served there, and in 1992 Fr. Balyeku Paul was a parish priest and Fr. Mbonabingi Constantine served as catechist Later in 2008 Mbonabingi came back as a parish priest after studies in USA.A permanent church was built in 1991,donation from the faithful of USA.
