Nativity of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church – Bugolo.

This parish is located in Buikwe District, Nyenga sub-county, Ssese LCI 70 kms – Bugolo Buggugu road. It was started in 1965 with temporary structure by late Fr. Basajjakitalo Obadiah, late Fr. Andonios Gashodo, late Fr. Athanasios Kasujju. In 1972 a permanent Church was built donation of late Veronica Tiedmann (German lady), and its expansion started in 1993 by the Holy Metropolis of Kampala.The parish priest is Fr.Charalambos Mutalagwe and two lay catechists, David Mivule and Denis Lulyawo. This parish is on 12 acres of land with Land Title and 11 acres of land with no land title.
